I can't really judge what these eBay tail lights would look like actually on the car, (2g) . Anyone have any pics or any tips for what ones to get. I love the clear tail lamps but there to hard for me to find. Pics would be great

With clear corners, it's not illegal to have a clear lens, but if you have the clear lens you must have a bulb that illuminates amber. Most people don't though, because amber bulbs look ugly in the clear housing and the quicksilver (or whatever they're called) bulbs are a little pricey. The quicksilver bulbs are the ones that are clear when off, and light up amber, just for reference.

You can also just run LED amber bulbs in the turn signal if you don't want an ugly orange color showing through the clear headlights...that's the simple way out and legal.

love the clear tails, so rare though. My ideal vision for my car is a nice grey paint, carbon fiber hood, carbon fiber hatch, Clear tails, 18x9 black wheels. sexxxxx

WOW, the sickest vision just came to my brain reading this... Chrome headlamps, clear turn signals. Carbon fiber front lip. WHOA ! And a big fat ass FMIC.

Don't have a buffer.. Sprayed my fogs without buffing and looks like shit when the lights come on... The shaped tint sheets are like 50$ and very easy, why not.

I would of bought those clears in a second!!!!

For something as small as lights you don't need a buffer. All you need is a applicator pad and polishing cloth.

The clear tail lights look very nice IMHO. I have a 3pc. set lying around that was never installed if you're interested.

Well IMHO, I got these new, in the box, 3 light round taillights and added them before I made a trip down to the paint shop.
That is the good news. Since converted all my lights to LEDs I had to do the same for the rears. Yes, they are costly and you will need the load restiors for each light, since the flasher is to involved for me to convert, which brings the lights to about @30 each. You can do it for less however, this does not incluse the 3rd light and I wanted to make sure the dopes behind me know I have my foot on the break pedal. Your call

I like it. The headlamps and the fmic go without saying but a nice lip sounds awesome too
