I have seen a 1g with a higher spoiler it the gallery. I'll search around and see if i can find it.

also thats that spoiler, cant think of the name, but it has that weird hump in the middle of it. never saw one on a 1g before though.

Actually, that pic of the 1g with the tall wing was taken at Kar King in Ontario... I believe that car belongs to the owner's son. Was looking at pics when I was in due to an oil leak (refurb engine), and it really does look better in person. Even if it's pretty rice with those wheels, the spoiler, and the headlights/taillights. But it's running a 2.4L stroker, apparently.

Yes, I am George's son, it does have a 2.4, not too many mods, but they are in my profile. the wing is from VISracing.com. if the zwickyj is intrested in this one.

I personaly don't think it would look horrable. but I think you need to think about function. My wing is high, and i still have a few problems when opening my hatch due to my antena. so if you can't get around that i would say don't do it, but if you can go for it if you really like it.

In the end it is your car, your style, you decision. If you really like it do it.

personally ive seen too many people make fun of those wings behind people's backs that id be paranoid to put one on my car......yea yea everyone says if you like it then you should get it....but if 90% of the people around you think its fugly then why do it? thats just my opinion......if ur really hell bent on it then by all means go for it!

but you also gotta remember i live in the Domestic Car Belt....im sure out in Cali those things are way more popular

Personally, i'm not a fan of putting anything resembling a park bench on my car. There is a wing called a Snyper I believe, it looks nice for the 1g, but this is a fiberglass wing, not an aluminum.
