I did search but didnt find any of my situation.

1. when stopping and going my pedal has about and inch-1.5 inchs before is starts to engage , with the car in gear I let off about 1.5 inches off the floor to the engagement point as I give the car a little gas , right befor ethe engagement point the pedal seems like it wants to stay at the floor. there is pressure in and out of the pedal but I almost have to let my foot off the pedal for it to come back up.

2. when DIS-engaging the clutch say from 3k in 1st or 2500 in 2nd or 2000 in third , only happens in 1-2-3 and under 3000 rpms , I push in the clutch and normally it is smooth feeling , now I push it in and the feeling is similar to the feeling of a slipping clutch , like being at 1500 rpms in third gear and disengaging , you know that very nasty feeling in the pedal ? that is how it feels.

sorry I am not too good at describing this but I did my best.

thanks in advance

You need to fill out your profile so we know what car you have. First try and bleed the clutch and adjust the pedal. If that doesn't work either your slave/master cylinder are getting weak or your pressure plate is weak.

thanks , I was kind of hoping someone had this prob before , I think it might be the pressure plate but I really hope not. slave or master would be an easy fix so Ima hope for the best and expect the worst. If its the pressure plate , than I will be getting an ACT 2100 and installing my TRE tranny.

OH yeah , its 91 TSI awd.
