Anyone else have this problem With a FMIC?

Just got my new front bumper today from mistubishi, and I realize that my bumper is about half an inch to small to cover my whole intercooler. I think I might get a lip to cover it or something, im just wondering if anyone else has had this issue, and what you did about it.

in the pics its hard to tell whats up, but thats the car in the body shop, getttin done. I couldnt get a head on pic because of all the SH!T in the way.

That's what happens when you're rocking a big ass intercooler. Most people just let it hang.
