Any really fixes for spyder top motors with broken pins?

Like the title says, any of you spyder owners find a replacement or a fix for the shear pins in our top-operating motors? One of the tech articles says use hanger wire and then someone else said otherwise.
 
Cool thanks man. I'll give him a call on Monday. One other thing, did he just tell you what to do or did he fix them himself?
