Meeting Point: Meet at Frys Electronics parking lot day of at (suggested time). Address is 9825 Stonecrest Blvd., San Diego. If some are farther north, then we can set up another stop to catch up with others, just let me know if Frys is really off course for you.

I think a cruise through the 101 would be cool. Go through Genesse Ave., head through the 101 to Oceanside where I know there is nice spots to eat at a dock. We can then go up the 5 freeway or jump on Old Highway 101 through San Onofre Beach.....and then not really sure what from there.

yeah the 101 is a good drive. there is a lot of cops when you get into o-side though (trust me) im going to drive down to s.d. and meet up with you guys.

how bout 9am or later for the time to meet... its a long drive

since a lot of people are saying palomar might be a far drive i was thinking this time we could have a meet maybe locally at the beach or something to get to know people so we can then plan a bigger cruise for later.

WOW. This sounds kinda like my plan of cruising the silver strand. Although the drive would be nice but not long enough to really call a cruise. The beach would have been ok a while back but the weather is getting colder. Im telling you... Do a cruise that includes some local site seeing then stop some where to eat indoors. If enough people show up, they can decide where to go afterward. Well I personally aint going for a 3 hour cruise. I dont know if i work this weekend yet, but keep me posted on what you flakes (Alex) are gonna do.

I am sorry to say I cannot make it this weekend.

Yesterday, when I got home, my oil light came on. Right away I shut the engine off, and coasted the rest of the way to the driveway. Come to find out, there is a whole (small, with seam/crease) behind the drain plug on the oil pan.

My is out of commission.


I'm going to try to weld the seam/hole shut and go from there til I can afford to replace the pan.

Alright, well were down a man, and Moe, GimmeMoeBoost sounds like its a no go. Nobody has voted on time or location either.... The day is at the end of this week, if we dont get things planned early nothings going to work out in the end. Were all just going to be standing there. Weather channel says that we are supposed to have a heat wave come in, talking like 80-85 degrees this Saturday. So I think the weather will be fine. So lets get the ball rolling...
