Any dsm around the national harbor for help

I have a 97 eclipse gst with a 6bolt swap. And it's not starting up I done a lot of checks and pressure test on it. But some how can't get it to start up I'm guessing it's a wiring just from getting spark and fuel pressure. But im so frustrated that I just want to know if there is any DSM'ers near that area that can just stop by and help and if anything I can also pay if you want. Just really want my car running

Read both your posts. Battery cables and ground is where I'd start.

If not, Bilbo Automotive is very near WW Bridge in Alexandria. They can tow or slight chance do the diagnostic to fix where it is. They have done 6bolt swaps and have my DSM and spares that they can swap in parts for trouble shooting.
