anti-lock light

so today i started up my car and there was no light and then i turned it off and messed with the radio wires cause im trying ot get it to work, then i turn on my car and my anti-lock lights are on so its all rainy so i took it on the road and my tires locked up? is this just a fuse?

Does the light stay on after you turn the car on every time now? Or did it just happen that one time? If it stays on every time now, it may be a bad ABS module.

i just gave it 4 hours and its still on, ill try again tomarrow where is the ABS module? also i dont know if this is the same relations when i have it in like any gear at about 3k rpms and i put it in N it takes like 2-3 secs befor the rpm's even drop
