well im not cancling im still gonna go and im still bring the old dsm... but i put and my 650s and got stuck trying to do some tuning.. so if anyone needs a ride and knows how to tune with and a S-afc and a logger i have an open seat.

or also if anyone just wants to help me!! it would be greatly appreciated :thumb:

Ask zach he might be able to help out if he's not to busy. He has a 1g logger that's suppose to go to me *LOL* ROFL
 
wtf!? are you serious what happened? well sorry to say guys but I cannot attend as well, or at lest 90% sure that i can't. I have a funeral to attend but depending on when the plane tickets are scheduled to leave i'll let you all know soon.

Looks like one of my heater hoses towards the back of the block busted while I was on the freeway coming home from pacifica. It was hella foggy last night so I just limped it home. Temp gauge needle was pegged at 150! OMG When I got home the car had no more coolant in it :( oh well. Well I hate to see you not go zach since you are the organizer and all. Family comes first though.
 
Sorry guys! My clutch decide to take a DUMP on me! So count me out! Hope that i will be able to make it next year! Later......... :cry:
 
Too bad for those of you who can't come, it's going to be fun. You're going to miss a great gathering. I'm going and I'm still going to meet at Delaware. Don't be late, we're meeting between 10-10:30, and we'll leave right at 10:30. I'm bringing charcoal and my handy tools for the BBQ. See you then!

I took the day off work, got there at noon, sharked through the parking lots and saw a few 3Gs and just one black 2G. No sign of anything like a DSM meet, and no one seemed to give the Talon a second look. WTF

:tease: God, I'd forgotten just how incredilby effed-up Bay Area traffic is. OMG

got to the parking lot at stinson at noon? i dont think we got there till 1 at least. we got stuck in traffic also. there were like 8 of us i think.

I think the final count was ~12 cars, a lot less than the ~30 that showed up last year, but still a good time.
 
did someone's car breakdown?? the last group of pics mike took looks like everyone was trying to fix a car on the side of the road.

I missed a chance to meet the famous defiant! damn! well we would have been there by 12 if it wasn't for all the damn traffic everywhere.

Ya it was Nick's car, first it was running too rich and blowing the plugs then the intake pipe was loose. I also think that pipe was the reason why he's finding it hard to tune with the SAFC. Well we got back in town safe. :thumb:

Hah, and I put off heading over by dicking around all morning. My compressor clutch is out, and holy christ it's awful out here in the Valley without AC. I came over SR4, and it was like heaven to hit Pinole.
Had some jackass in a Honda Odyssey in front of me for half of the Hwy 1 stretch, then he finally got the damned hint and got the hell out of the way. I used to drop-kick the Roadster up and down 1 a few times a year, and i must say for being such a godawful fat, heavy pig the Talon did pretty good. The new Fuzion HR-1s seemed to work well, too. Followed a couple of clueless sport bikes back up, and had to keep slowing for them :rolleyes:
Next time, we'll have our shit more together.
 
IT was a BLAST going for my second time...Starting to hate the traffic even though i didnt even drive! :boring: Maybe we can take it somewhere else next year...took us 2 hours to get back to Fremont, what a drag! Well my car WILL be running and driven to next years meet! Thanks for coming for those who did come and for the others, its a good thing your car broke down before the meet and not on your way to the meet LOL!

Nick good luck with those mods and try not to break down anymore! ROFL See you guys at the next meet!
