Alternator Help..blowing fuse *PICS*

Hey guys I keep blowing my alt fuse when I plug the battery I think its because its not grounded.. questions help ###. here are the pics

Okay SO what is this thing in the red circle ? no the ground ? had to screw it into the alt....

is that blue arrow wire the ground ? just with a broken tip ? wire seems little thin to be a ground no ?

would a blown ALT fuse cause my headlights to stay on no matter what ? even with the key out of the ignition?

What is suppose to go where the yellow Circle is ?

the yellow is one of the two bolts holding your alternator in place. I believe there should be a nut on the side that is visible in the picture. Your alternator looks a bit different than mine, but i believe the connection circled in red is the positive 12 volt cable. At least thats where mine is. Normally there is a rubber boot over the top of that connection. As for the loose wire, i believe that is supposed to go to your power steering pump. There should be a small nipple on top of the pump that it should plug onto. Usually the headlights stay on until you turn them off.

My alt is bolted down the yellow is just a stud coming from alt case
So the 12v power is mounted at the right place.
