ive done my research, ive seen your car, nice work, blitz ass end, some fender flares, big chrome wheels, and mabe some bags. cool, ive ran bags for the last two years and hated it, kept breaking cylinders, nothing more than show aspect if anything else. suicide doors, shouldve went with lambo imo, more modern but to each his own, ill see you there

arrogance, u need to distinquish arrogance and confidence. lambo isnt a
craze, altezza taillights is a craze, stuffing your tailights full of bondo and fiberglass is a craze , ebay bodykits are a craze, aircylnders are a craze, and once in the late 90s suicide doors were a craze, cant everybody dish out 1500 for a lambo kit, or pay for custom work. thats why i said, lambo doors are the new thing, and is more modern for a sick door mod

carsile is a more performance oriented street machine show feature cars with as much show as go. ive been for the past two years except last year.

maybe you should checkout the mini trucking scene, thats jus my opinion though

i hate to break it to you my friend, but i don't know where you got the idea that my car is nothing but bondo and metal. there is plenty of power to pull the sled. and you got it wrong, altezza's are Not a craze, they are a passage for ricers to fit in. lambo door's, although nice, and pretty damn neat, they are just a way for a poor ass ecuse of a etthusiest to think that they have a car to the calliber as a Lamborghini.

i look at this hobby (my hobby) as a art, to express myself. not to express what every other average joe is doing to there car.. i dare you to find me 2 other eclipse's with suicide door's. it's not gunna happen, and that is why i choose the path that i took. ORIGANALITY. you have no clue what it takes to get that 90's craze to work on a dsm.

listen man i like your car, it's gunna look good when it's done. the thing i didin't like about the situation is the fact that you are trying to claim a spot, when you have no idea what your compitition is gunna be.. this is the internet, i may have mistaken you confidence with arrogence. but the fact remains this.. as my parent's always taught me "don't coun't your chicken's till there hatched" . there is always gunna be someone that has one up on you..

and in closing.. remember this.. it's not what you or you friends think of the car... IT'S ALL UP TO THE JUDGES!!

One on many ways, you can buy a cheap antenna set at a parts store that includes those double sided screw-in connectors.(usually universal antennas) Just swap out the screws and you set. You could have to do some custom work on mounting the screw though i.e., JB welding the new screw into the S2000 antenna for a tight bond.

Oh, I forgot this only works on Eclipse/Talons which came with screw-type antenna from the factory.(the long skinny black antenna)

yea, the bottom intercooler pipe coupler had a tear in it... Got 2 new ones and replaced the old. Now i have to fix my leak the the throttle body. If it ain't one thing, it's another... But it's all good, the more I work on my car, the more i love it.....

I'm still liking the idea of forced air through a hole in the "luv hump"

run some air ducting against the hood over to a modified intake..... it could work.....

i'll buy a hood from a junk yard and give it a try, i wonder what the clearence is like how far the cams stick up into that hump..

I think its possible , Ive seen a few cars with that hood mod before. While your at it , if id doesnt come out good , insteade of trashing the hood, consider removing that hump as much as possible so the hood can be flush. I very interested in gettting rid of this hump. Or make the hump narrower like 3 inches just enough for the cams.

As for the scoop... for a Turbo 420a it would have SOME function... I do think it looks good but as for function, especially a 4G63 it seems (to the best of my knowledge) pretty useless. I still think it LOOKS pimp tho'
