Edmonton,
Anyone know how to by-pass the security feature without using switches as the e-brake, and brake pedal to let the screen play while your driving? So i never have to worry about, i turn on the and the safety is always off?

yeah, go to your local stereo shop and there is an adapter that you can get, I think its 50-100 dollars.

I'm only telling you becasue I am as far away from you as it is possible to get.

Personally I think people who do that on a street driven car should serve 3 days in jail and 1000 fine with 100 hours of community service.

Why don't you just point a loaded gun at your head and at everyone elses head too?

If it is a show only trailered car then that is something else, but I don't think that is what you have.

Try paying attention to what you are doing when you drive, you might just save someone's life and your car. :thumbdown

Geez don't blow a head gasket! OMG

read the first line again. I told you what to do there.

Also, you should have a constant video output on your alpine that you can run to a monitor more appropriately placed for your passengers, and less likely to distract you. The factory location is ok but it will distract you to some degree, whether you want it to or not, and at night it will affect your night vision also. LCDS are not dim.

I did not bi*** about your car, and you did not say it was for passenger use only. Its my duty to point out to you and any other person (especially a kid) that might read this the potential danger of what you are planning on doing. I have personally seen imbeciles driving around watching movies, and because of that type of behavior as of sept 1st having a headunit with a flip out monitor becomes illegal in TX.

If you don't like my reminding you of the potential consequences, then you have the problem not I.

Thank you for your time and sorry for upsetting you, but the actions of every enthusiast have eithera positive or a negative effect on every other enthusiast, because of the perception that we are all the same.
