A growing number of new members do not have a profile. It is difficult to help someone if we don't know much about the car. Please make sure you have a profile and it is up to date.

This is a pet peeve of mine... Someone will ask a question and you are left to guess what they are driving. We have the same problem over on Club3G where I am a Super Moderator. I ask them to fill in their profile and get ignored most of the time. If only it was a necessary step in the signup process, a mandatory step or you can't log in.
