My clutch is working pretty good.I have very firm pedal pressure if anything its too firm.I am getting into gear pretty good and it seems to be engaging fine.
But am wondering can you still have some air in the lines what would it cause for symptoms ? Would it make the pedal pressure higher than normal? Also I may need to have the pedal a bit farther out to disengage than normal. Would this also be do to air in the system. I thought air in the system would make the pedal very very soft only.
Can someone give me a better explanation of air in the clutch and its exact effects and symptoms.
Also will the clutch pedal get softer or harder if its moved away from the floor? Just a bit less pedal pressure would be good for me.My hd 4000 was very soft pressure at first but got a lot heavier after some miles were put on it. Have think around 1500 miles since installation on it now and really you have to put car in neutral at the lights its that heavy.
