i had the same issue with my car. i replaced the o2 sensor and it fixed the problem for a day or so, then same thing. i switched from narrowband to wideband and problem fixed.

I didn't feel like searching throughout the whole thread, maybe I missed it, just wanted to know what each wire on my air fuel gauge is ? Not sure which color wire is for ground and which one is the o2 voltage ?
I have an autometer cf gauge, I got that and a matching boost gauge for $30 both so that's the only reason why im even bothering to hook up the "light show" gauge.

Knowing what colors you have back there would help.

Probably red is a power source that you want to ignition feed so it's only on when the key is in the on position the black wire is ground and the white or other color wire is your signal wire. If it has lights there will be one more wire that you want to hook into you power feed for your headlights.

Hey slippi the color of the wires on the gauge are red, black and purple. I already have the ground connected as well as the purple wire for o2 voltage, question is, I need a picture to see where it is that I tap in for power on my ignition ? Anyone help ? I'm almost done, I just don't want to get power from a switchable source, rather the ignition.

You don't need to read this whole thread just go to autometer's web site and download the manual. All you need to know id the model number of the gauge and I think that's printed on the back.
