aftermarket quiet exhaust

I'm searching for a 3 inch exhaust now.....but I dont' wanna be too loud on the street (cruising). Are there any exhaust system out there make the least noise and still making great power? I heard from my friend thermal exhaust is ok......what do you all think?

Most will say RS*R is the quietest exhaust by far.

Just get an aftermarket exhaust and leave the cats on it. I've got the APEXi N1 exhaust, 3 inch piping, but left the cats on and it just purrs. I never get pulled over for exhaust.
