Advise on replacing intake manifold gasket

I can not find enough on replacing my intake manifold gasket. I have been having rough(missing) idle and figured out I have an intake leak on the manifold at the far end bolt on the drivers side of the intake mani.
I does not look easy to fix, any advise??????
Should I port/polish the intake while I have it off?????
Is there another intake gasket on the brace thing rear braket that connects to the back of the intake(in front of the fire wall) it has 3 bolts that hold it on, does this have a gasket?????????

No man its raelly not hard at all... Get some good high temp gasket maker to help seal the gasket for when you put the new one on. Make sure you scrape off (i alsways use a razor blade) ALL the old gasket before you put teh new one on. I use the gasket maker and the new OEM gasket and torque em down a TINY bit more than normal and never had leaks for 25psi or so.

No need to port or polish anything man...while its out you can get some cleaning done to it and surrounding components and check out your PS rack. Good luck,
