i just re read your original post -- go with the act that holds 400 torque, so the 2600 pressure plate with a disk or a 6 puck sprung hub -- that be my suggestion -- ACT all the way if you can afford it

dsmloverguy90: how heavy is the clutch petal in the 2600 combo with street disk set up you have in your car? -- im def going street disk but im toying with the 2600 or 2100 pressure plate -- im kinda on the fence with either one

Theres not that much difference in pedal. a new oem clutch master cylinder/slave and steel braided hoses really helps the pedal too. jsut make sure you replace your TOB with an OEM for sure.

Here how I see it:

FWD: ACT 2100-----Exedy street disk-----xACT lightweight flywheel
AWD: ACT 2600-----Exedy Puck sprung----xACT lgihtweight flywheel

Thats how I go by clutch setups.

ok so ill hyjack this thread seeing as the other guy is done with it --

from the previous poster,,

FWD: ACT 2100-----Exedy street disk-----xACT lightweight flywheel
AWD: ACT 2600-----Exedy Puck sprung----xACT lgihtweight flywheel

ok i have a 95 gsx and i was planning on a act 2100 street disk ( act or exedy ) and ill prob just keep my flywheel

the most this car is ever going to see is 300 hsp, -- i love the winter handling of this car so its staying my winter car

would you recomend the 2600 -- with street disk for the tops of 300 hsp, i realize theres a lot more demand on the clutch with the awd,, id hate to drop the 2100 and street disk in there and fry the clutch because that pressure plate just isnt enough

the lighter the pedal the better but im 21 years old so its not like my legs gonna fall off anytime soon due to a heaver clutch pedal

thanks for the ideas in advance

Definitely go for the act 2600, at 300whp you really dont have much room for play if you ever decide to up the boost a little :D Its always best to go a bit stronger than your expected power goals especially when it comes to the clutch...
