ACT throw out bearing in pieces?

so i had a disengagement issue, so i checked my pedal assembly, bled the lines, checked the travel of the slave, then realized that my shift fork was wiggling around in the bell housing, so i dropped the tranny, and the throw out bearing that came with my ACT 2600 (AUG 2003) was kinda in pieces, so i got a new one from NAPA today but havent tried it out yet

i was just curious if anyone had ever had anything else like that happen with them.

when you first bought the act 2600 clutch that came with the act throw out bearing, you should have replaced it by using a mitsubishi tob, that would have been the best choice for you or any of us dsmers. now this is a lesson to learn and to now stick with a mitsubishi t.o.b.

return that napa throwout bearing and buy one from mitsubishi

i got a OE TOB from autozone, its not mitsubishi, but since its OE does that mean its the same thing as getting one from mitsubishi? the brand is timken.

no ... its not the same , oem doesnt mean its a mitsubishi factory built part,
go to your local mitsu dealer for a tob.
