Hi all,
So I just got my Ac s7 gauges for my 98 gst. I am looking at them and wondering if anyone else has the same problem figuring out how they go on. Without removing the needles it seems way more complicated that just slipping them over the needes. Especially the small gauges. Anyone install these and have a good way to get them on without screwing up the cluster and making everything out of wack? thanks guys

ok...so i just installed my gauges. Romoved the needes in there rested position put them all back together the same way. And now they are all wacko. The speedo says i am going 120 mph and the tach is off the charts. Along with the temp and oil gauges. What did i do wrong.....oh man this sucks.

Never had problems with mine, except having put my needles on too tight. These link's might help though.

It should also be mentioned that this was found with google and typing in glow gauge installation. The search button is your best friend!!! Try not to use the forum as a crutch, with alittle searching, you should be able to find almost anything you need. Worse case situation, You'll have to take it to a installer and have them put it in for you. But I believe you can do it. Good luck man. Let us know how it goes.

Did you set the speedo and tach at 0? Speedo, tach, and oilpressure all have a set lower limit that they fall down to. Place the needles on the lower limit. As for your gas and temp gauge, drive to the gas station, fill up with gas. Place the fuel at the full mark. And place the temp in the middle. You should be good to go.

This is what I did... to fix that

I started my engine and let it running for about 5 minutes... then I plugged my Palm into the OBD2 port and I started scanning, RPMs, Temperature

While doing that I removed the RPMs needle and put it back trying to put it on what the Palm was telling me the engine was at... I did the same with the temperature needle... I waited until the engine was on normal working temperature and then I put the needle a little bit below the middle...

For the gas meter one, I waited until the 'FILL YOUR GAS TANK, BUDDY' light came on... when that happened I putted my needle in the 'E'...

I didn't care about the 'Boost' and the 'Oil Pressure' ones since I have aftermarket gauges for that...

BTW, Can you please take good pictures of those AC S7 gauges? I would like to see how they look during the day and during the night...
