Hey guys,
Quick ac question. Did the 95 dsms come equipped with r12 or r134a from the factory?

thanks

R134, Man what's with all the Iowa DSM people now. When I lived there, there were about 10 of us. Couple from up north and then the Des Moines and Ottumwa fella's.

The 134a system can be identified by the fact that all of them without exception of year, make or model come with quick disconnects. This is identified by a nozzle with no threads on the outside or inside. Instead they have a nozzle with a ridge around it which the quick disconnect on your gauges hook to.

The low side will be smaller in diameter than the high side. This is so you don't accidentally hook up your gauges backwards and open the high side on a can of 134a.

Can you say kaboom?

Hope this helps

Thanks guys!!
