ABS fuse box harness in NON ABS gsx? will this work?

So i have been having a lot of issues with my fuse box harness, so I found a donor car 2gb gsx to donate a new harness. When I got there and started pulling the harness, I found it to be an ABS car, and i dont have ABS. Will this harness still work? I assumed i would just have a few plugs that I wouldnt use as the harness isnt really tied into the ECU, and i just wouldnt plug in the ABS controller? Anyone with experience wanna chip in?

UPDATE: just finished installing the harness. Everything connected fine, just left a lot of plugs hangin, and pulled the ABS fuse out. Wont have power/ a running engine for a few more months. So id still like to know if this will work!

Yes it will still work with the ABS plugs not plugged in. People who do major wire tucks and try and loose weight go thru there harnesses and remove the ABS wiring in the car.
