So I finally got my 95gst running. I finally fixed the boost leaks and ran a blt on it at 25psi and absolutely no pressure leaking (water /soap under pressure method) and I get no hissing or bubbles. So when I am driving it idles fairly lean at 14.5 and jumps to 16 for a millisecond and floats around the mid 14 range occasionally dipping into 13.5ish . My idle is as good as it's going to get for now 1k to 850 rpms. I tested the resistance in the coils of the isc and it is definitely bad (all ohm to .3 with the exception of 3-4 coil)had to adjust the biss , I know I got to readjust the biss after isc replacement. Could this be the culprit. Or could it be a bad fiav along with it considering its a bypass for the TB. The condition is fairly repetitive in the way it acts. Lean under vacuum rich under boost(wot). Almost exactly like a boost leak. I got octanium booster in the fuel to reduce the knock by increasing my octane. (Problem existed before I increased the octane)It has a smooth sluggish acceleration but jumps when I get the A/F ratio to register in the 16(obviously pretty lean) . Im able to build boost to where it's set in ecmlink v3. It registered different A/F depending on your rpms at a certain speeds. Now I've heard you can block off the fiav and isc (both unreliable devices) and get a 3g maf and compensate for the lack of those two by adjusting ecm link. Can anyone tell me where to find your tps and isc positions in ecm link. I tried looking all over ecmlink and don't seem to see it. Can I block both off and keep my 2g maf. I have no power steering and no ac. I don't mind warming it up on a cold start . It's only cold for a few months here in NC
waste of money bro. It only raises the rating by .1 not 1 point like they claim. So if you have 91 oct and put that stuff in you get like 91.1-5
