99 reflashed ecu tuning >?

So I have the 99 reflashable ecu and I changed my pistons from 8.5:1 to 9:1. How would I tune my car for this?

when I ordered the ecu I told the guy 8.5:1 and now I changed to 9:1 so what would he have done different if I told him 9:1?

You would tune it the same way you would tune any car, the proper way to do it would be to put it on a dyno and hook up a wideband to it.
