Hey, I have a 99 eclipse as a project car i'm working on. anyways i have a 95-96 head and i want to know if i can put the 99 CAS on it. I think i may need new cams though?

You dont need new cams. You just need to drill and tap the Intake Cam for the little metal piece that the sensor "reads."
