98 GSX Loud Squeal Under Boost

Well I have a loud squeal when under boost, but the problem disappears after the car warms up. Which of my 3 issues if any can cause this problem? After searching for awhile, I found a guy explain my exact problem and he said his engine died 3000 miles later. So I am kind of scared

My known Issues

1) Missing two exhaust manifold studs

2) Leaking boost from BOV

3) Ticking lash adjusters

Yeah but i put my ear near the turbo and it is coming from around there.

Turbo inducer wheel is hitting the compressor housing. Time for a new turbo. Pull the intake and see if there are any metal shavings inside the inlet.
