I’m currently having problems with this tube coming off on its own every time I push it a little and was wondering what it’s called or where it’s located to switch it out

That's your PCV valve. It's supposed to allow crank case pressure to bleed back into the intake when intake is under vacuum. Under boost that valve should be closed.
Put a clamp or zip tie on the hose. It's boost pressure causing it to pop off.

If it hasn't been changed not a bad idea to put a new hose and PCV valve while you're at it. As pointed out that hose should have a clamp.

Btw that pcv valve has a tapered thread. Do not crank it down or you'll crack the valve cover.
