It can happen to engines just like it happens to intercoolers. Engine can soak up the heat just like an intercooler can. It was a suggestion that possible could be an issue.

I'm not discrediting that add but a engine does NOT heat soak. The fuel or injectors or lines could heat soak but a engine does NOT heat soak. It's like saying a fire gets hot.
This is a good explination where it staes the head could become heat soaked but not the engine and even that I kinda call symantics as in this case they're reffering to the head and engine as two seperate pieces which is kinda tamatto tamatoo thing(you get the idea)
