long story short, Bought the car known nothing of these motors, Friends talking shit that these motors Don't Product over 300hp, when stock is 210hp... goal is to have a 290-310hp to the wheels if possible 400 to the crank.

Travis Driol submitted a new DSM Profile : Looking for tips and ideas for this build. I have done all easy mods to the car that can be done, including all maintenance, besides the timing belt and balance shaft belt, due to i'm doing all that when I drop this motor, cause 2 rings are nearly gone, sitting at 90 compression in cylinder 3 and cylinder 4 is 80, as well the car has 300k+ on it. just curious to whats all out there for good cranks, rod bearings, rods, pistons, everything. im looking for 300hp to the wheels so say 400hp to the crank which i know isn't hard t do just costly and time consuming.
