Just accquired my 2gb. Need a new front and sideskirts. On the sideskirt that actually on the door. How does that come off? I need to take mine of to respray them, any certain way to re-apply them after they have been painted? Front bumper I know there are two bolts under the headlights any other hard to get to bolts?

About the front bumper, you don't need to worry about those bolts under the headlights. Do you really think that's how they assembled the front end, jamming an extension in between the bumper and headlight and fishing around for a bolt? Nooo.

You can pretty much follow that write up and unclip and take out all the bolts/screws you find holding the bumper in place and skip the whole fishing for the bolt under the headlight step. If you go and look under the car and see how the bumper is attached you can see that there are two rails that are attached to the bumper support that slide into the body of the car and are bolted in place. They're decent sized almost brass colored looking bolts if I remember correctly. Two on each side. Undo those and you can just pull the front bumper straight off the car with the support and those two rails attached.

That may sound a little confusing, but just go look under the car and you'll figure it out. Much easier than trying to take the headlights off the car before taking the bumper off.

yea thats what I did with my 1ga front bumper.. took off the support while still attached.

Cool. Just making sure since that write up seems to want people to do it the hard way.
