95 Talon will not start

I have a 1995 Eagle Talon N/T. It went down to 0 degrees here and then warmed back up and my car sat out in the cold. I went to start it up and it is turning over and it sounds like it wants to fire. It sounds like its not gettin any gas, like it will try to start and you will hear a sound or two out of the muffler but that is all. Can you all help?
