Okay first thing wrong is that I cannot find the Mitsubishi connector for the scan tool. OBDII port is there but not the Mitsubishi connector? Cannot find this anywhere.

This was also a problem with the car I wrecked. In the wrecked car I had the entire interior out and still never found it. I have had everything but the dash out in this car and have not seen the connector yet. This car was practically untouched. Nothing had been messed with on my current car as far as I could tell. It was entirely stock till I got it.

Second problem I am having is with my turbo. I cannot for the life of me make it boost over 10 psi. I can hit 11 in fifth ocassionaly when I go WOT at around 3-4k.
I can unhook the actuator completely and it still barely boosts ten according to my gauge. Tried using a boost controller completely closed still the same open up a little and psi drops like it should. I took my brothers boost controller off his le baron which was set at 15 psi on his car and only it 9 psi?
I would say my gauge is wrong but the car never gets any faster. It only gets slower when it turn it down. Any ideas why this is? Wastegate and actuator work good. Only boost leak is very slight (throttle body needs rebuilding).

If its an obd2 car that's the only diagnostic port it's going to have. It's not going to have another port. Why do need to find the "Mitsubishi" port? You can do anything and everything you need thru the obd2 port. As for the boosting, what kind of turbo? Any exhaust leaks before the turbo? Any shaft play in the turbo?

No the eclipse came with two diagnostic ports the obd2 port and another connector with it. What I call the "Mitsubishi connector". They have them I know because I've used them scanning other people's cars and if you buy a Mitsubishi diagnostic connector it comes split with the obd2 connector and the other one.

Its the Mitsubishi 1 diagnostic connector.

Both snap-on solus pro and verus scanners say to use this connector when you enter the vin its supposed to hang down beside the obd2 without it your limited to only a few PIDs in the data stream. and can't do everything toy should be able to with the proper connector.

As for boosting stock turbo. No before turbo leaks. I can't do a boost leak test at the moment as my car is apart for repair. Timing belt teeth stripped. But have smoked the pipes before and only had smoke come from biss screw and throttle blade. All connections have been checked as good and tightened good. Intercooler is good, been water tested,no leaks.

If I don't have this connector which should I look for??
