I did search and found nothing so far. But a quick overview of the issue.

1995 Eagle Talon Tsi AWD.

Since I have owned the car, while driving on the highway, at really any speed above 20. When I will hit a bump in the road or where bridges connect, the rear of the car feels like it shifts to the left and feels almost like your gonna wreck for a second. and then your fine.

So far I have replaced the struts and springs with Tokico illumina struts and springs the stock struts were just dead. shops told me this was the issue. Since replacing, there is no change.

NO play in wheels,
new springs and struts,
new rims and tires
New pads and rotors

Any suggestions?
Thanks everyone

Almost every 2g guy that lowers thier car runs into this. The rear upper control arm bushings are shot. This allows the knuckle to swing forward and backward about 1/4" in each direction. When that happens the toe of the rear wheels are way out until the movement stops hence the drifting effect. Find some aftermarket bushings and cut the old ones out.

^Exactly. You should be able to tell just by looking at it without even jacking up the car. You will see the torn rubber bushing where the knuckle meets the upper arm. It will look like the cast spindle is closer to one of the sides of the stamp steel arm.

Even before the car was lowered, it was doing this. But I will check that this evening.
And suggestion on the replacement bushings?

The car has been aligned twice, never really looked at the alignment print out, but I see the rear tow is not adjusted. there is a note there saying the rear tow adjuster is frozen.

Could this be adding to my problem?

Toe out in the rear will cause this as well, even if everything else is perfect. If you've changed the ride height and not had the car aligned afterward, this would be the result.

The car was aligned after the lowering. The rear tires are toe in, but not by much.
Gonna be ordering some bushings tomorrow for the rear.

the rear isnt adjustable. youll be to get a chamber kit to fix your toe in/out issues

The toe for the rear is adjustable from factory, just mine are frozen. Right now the tow in in the rear is the least of my worries. The bushings I am ordering are for the upper control arm which are shot.

I currently have this exact same problem. It's quite unsettling, especially at highway speeds in the snow. Like everyone else said, it's your rear upper control arm bushings.

You can order stock replacements from MitsuGraveyard (~$50) or buy a rear suspension bushing kit from Energy or Prothane. I bought a full bushing kit from Energy.

do you happen to have a link to any of these sites? as i am also having this problem and there is no bushing left. it is metal to metal and it sounds like a bad strut and throws me around. i went to every locl parts store and couldnt find them. someone told me to make my own bushings. thanks

thanks much!
My bushings should be in today.
Now I got another noise to worry about! Sounds like a wheel bearing, but the noise does not change pitch on turns. :( Carrier bearing maybe? I decided to get on it a little, and it was vibrating some.
