95-96 to 97-99 Body Converision

Hey Everyone...

Looking to possibly upgrade the looks of the car to a 97-99 look....
If you have done it..... Please post some pics of your conversion...
and just tell me what problems you ran into if any...

Are you talking an Eclipse to Eclipse conversion? or a Talon to Eclipse conversion?

After you do a conversion, it will look like a 97-99 body style.

Parts you will need for 2ga to 2gb *full gst/gsx exterior swap*

-front bumper

-rear bumper

-side skirts

-side skirt door caps

-97-99 headlights

-turbo spoiler (do not mount all the way back on hatch....I can give you the measurements if youd like...I swapped from 2ga to 2gb and I measured where the spoiler was stock from my friends 97 gst)


the 2ga rear bumper reverse light wires need to be extended to work for the 2gb rear, since theyre further apart than the 2ga rear

also for that authentic look, you might not want to paint the plastic piece of the front vent *where IC goes* that droops down....opposite of pr0's bumper (no offense pr0...still looks amazing!)
