92 gsx rough idle, slow acceleration...

i just finally finished all the repairs on my 92 gsx i picked up for $300....


only problems im having is till it builds boost, it has a really slow acceleration, i never drove an automatic turbo car, but it still seems really slow...

and the other problem, is it rough idles around 900-1000 rpms, and sometimes stalls...

does anybody know what it could be???
