92 ecu with 93 car?

[93 Eagle Talon TSi]

I've been having problems ever sence i bought the car and i got my ecu looked at and it look good and i read some post and the part number i have is for a 92 eagle talon tsi awd, and i have a 93 eagle talon tsi, so are they compatible. Appreciate the help. I keep getting put to this page but cant find my model number.

The number on the white connector says 6578m

and on the board is JE331B997A

On my cover it says E2T35694 and that's and that's a federal automatic, and 3S 3.0L DOHC NA FWD (Z11A)

I opened my ECU because it looked already opened, so I opened it and there's like this film on my ECU and it doesn't look like its normal and there's red stuff like one of the things are leaking. Here are some pictures:
