91 talon

i have a 1991 eagle talon tsi with an automatic trans. i would like some input on upgrades.
please help. for starters i am going with 8.1 pistons, rings and main bearings, balance shaft eliminator kit and oil pump. I have installed a 255 lph fuel pump and 550cc injectors. i also upgraded to a evo III 16g turbo and egr block off plate. i have all new gaskets, crush washers ect. also an apexi afc neo, new bov. I have purchased 6 bolt dsm arp studs and new timing belt, manual boost controller and 3603 sport-comp II 2-1/16 boost and vacuum gauge good for 30in hg/30 psi. dual pod cluster. and last 1g street fmic kit. what horse is this good for and what boost should I run? also the cometic 3-4 layer head gasket. 2g maf and the new ducting for the cold air. i have eliminated all the vacuum lines exept for the boost control. any ideas on what else i can do? i also have 3 inch exhaust from the o2 housing back to the muffler with controlled resinator?

What are you doing with the head? I'd suggest 3g revised lifters if your getting that opened up, i know i'm getting alot of lifter tick and its picking up as knock.. i wish i would've thrown in the revised lifters when i had the head opened up.

the guy that had it before me installed new head and cams. the timing belt broke and snapped the valves so he purchased all new heads. the guy messed me over when i bought the car. he stated it had a slight oil leak. after buying the car drove home and about 6 block from my house the turbo shaft snapped and sucked the oil into everything. so i decided to let it sit and do it right. all parts are coming from SBR.

What are you looking at for clutches? A FPR would probably make your life easier while tuning make sure to pick up a logger as well.

Will you be running pump gas?

i appreciate your support here and not asking to build my car? i am new to the dsm scene and i welcome everyone's opinion. i am wondering with my setup how much boost can i use safely, and how much horse, and just everyone's general opinion, no different than anyone else on this site. thank you
