91 awd tranny noise

my tranny will make a noise that sounds like it is about to fly apart. It is hard to explain
in kinda jingles, and grinds. It only does this at low rpm .It has brand
new bearings,seals, shift rails, forks. Clutch is a new act2600 . Any ideas what could cause this. I cant find anything. It works fine just is very noisy sometimes

Take it back to the place that rebuilt it. Mine has never made a sound like that. Ive had them with old, worn out syncros, all new, and with broken center diffs.
