I have a 92 6 bolt gsx that needs a motor. 6 bolts are tough to find and condition would be a surprise. This 7 bolt runs and drives fine and I know what's been done since I did it. Is it worth the work putting it in and getting it to work?

Another good point about the 7 bolt is that you can use an evo 3 intake manifold with it, bolts right up. Save your 6 bolt throttle body though if you go this route. The 6 bolt throttle body is nearly identical to the evo 3's. Good luck dude.

Is it a 2g 7 bolt or 1g? if its a 2g it wont have a place for the for the front roll stopper mount.

Only if its a 2g 7bolt , if its a 1g (which the op needs if he want to put the motor in a 1g) it will have the same intake runner size as a 6 bolt 1g head.
