hi i have a 90 gsx galant, the po put a turbo on the na motor i'm gunna use this motor to get me though winter and i'm thinking about geting a turbo motor after, but do i have to find a gvr4 motor or can i use a talon/eclipse ? :dsm:

The turbo engine is the same engine you already have basically. It's a 6 bolt, so the Crank is the same, and it has the 1g Big rods. The only difference is the Intake cam shaft, the oil squirters, oil filter housing and knock sensor hole.

Just go get a set of 2g pistons and have the Big rods machined to fit on the 2g piston. That has been proven strong up to 550 whp.

The engine you have is already the same as the turbo block, so it would be easier to just rebuild it. IMO
