650cc injectors really bigger?

I have a stage 3 chip set for 650cc PTE injectors. I have heard that PTE sometimes gets them mixed up. Well with this stage 3 chip i still have to take -30% out on the highs and lows to make it not sputter. I dont understand why i need to take so much out when i have a dsmchip. Thats over 60% out of the airflow which is close to 1000cc injectors.

Send them out and get them flow tested, or have a chip burnt for 850's and that should put you alot closer.
