6-bolt timing and clutch kit in 7-bolt engine?

I recently ordered an ACT 2100 clutch kit, and timing belt kit for my 1994 Eagle Talon TSI AWD. I was certain that this Talon had the 7-bolt engine. But, just to be absolutely sure that the engine was in fact the original engine, and not an earlier 6-bolt swap-in, I did visit the VFAQ page and looked at the "Do I have a 6bolt or 7bolt engine?" information. According to this page, and the fact that my oil pan is shaped like the early 6-bolt, I went ahead and ordered the parts that I needed for a 6 bolt engine... Unfortunately, once I got half way into the timing belt change, I noticed that the auto-tensioner was the 7-bolt version... and, it looks like I would be able to remove the smaller balance shaft belt without breaking the crankshaft sprocket free.

So here are the questions:
1 I'm going to need a 7-bolt auto tensioner, but does that also mean that I also need a 7-bolt Timing belt, balance shaft belt, idler, and tensioner pulleys? (I think they are the same, but I want to be sure before I order anything)

2 Is the ACT 2100 clutch kit (pressure plate, clutch disc, throw out bearing) that I bought for the 6-bolt that I thought I had, still going to work with the 7-bolt engine?

3 Why does it seem that I have the 6-bolt oil pan, with the 7-bolt engine? Even with splash shield, and timing belt covers removed, I still don't see the indentation in the oil pan as the VFAQ states.

1. The timing belt and balance shaft belt are the same between 6 and 7 bolt. The idler pulley seems to be universal between 6 and 7 bolt but the tensioner pulleys are 6 and 7 bolt specific.

2. All turbo DSM clutches are the same, the difference in in the flywheels. (6/7 bolt and awd/fwd).

3. Not sure, someone else will have to chime in.

Thanks TunedDSM.

I'm still looking at the oil pan, and there is some minor damage to the bottom of the pan itself. I still can't imagine that it could make the side of the oil pan become flat, rather than indented like the 7-bolts are... The only thing I can think of is that the previous owner did some real heavy-handed hammering on the inside of the oil pan, possibly to correct what could have been damage to the side of the pan facing the wheel.
