Im swapping the 6-bolt into my car. Now, will i run into problems with the automatic AWD tranny? Is there anything i should look out for during this swap? (tranny wise)

You will not be fine. You will need to alter your flex plate. The 6bolt flex plate will not line up with your 7bolt Torque Converter. Most people shim the flex plate to fit. My friend did it to his awhile back and had a custom spacer plate made also to make it work. Good luck on the swap.

Swaping in a 6bolt in a 5speed is easy as cake but into a Auto is a different story. There is a yahoo group that discusses the details on how to do it. I think it's called 1Gina2G.
