6-Bolt Swap With 1990 Waterneck - No Filler?

I recently did a 6-bolt swap, and on my 2g radiator there is no "filler" for the coolant. Also, on the 6-bolt motor (1990), there is no "filler" on the waterneck/t-stat housing.

Is it possible to change waterneck/t-stat housings?

SBR has them, but Im just making sure they will fit.

All dsm's had a filler on the thermostat housing, 90-99. Are you sure that the thermostat housing you have is from a dsm and not some other 4g63 or equivilent equipped car/truck?

It is the JDM "yellow top" injector, 16g motor. It does NOT have the waterneck filler. I was just wondering if it's possible to swap to a USDM model waterneck... Thanks.

Yes, it's possible. That JDM was probably picked up from a Galant where the cap is on the radiator and not the thermostat.
