Well I finally fixed my car and got it running again. The problem is that the engine wont run smooth. It sounds and feels like its running on 3 cylinders. What can I do to correct this? It's a 95 x with a 6 bolt swap. I have C.O.P. 550 inj, 50 trim, evo 3 intake manifold and just got the block ringed. when I hold the acc above 3k or leave the throttle in one spot it will run smooth but when I try to give it gas or rev it up, it just falls on its face with 3 cyls. I checked everything and seems to be a injector problem with cyl #1. Before my car died, It would do the same thing and I would get out and ground cyl #1's inj with my test light and it would go back to normal. I tried to do that now and am going no where

Perhaps something is clogging the injector. Pull it off and take a look... should be pretty obvious. If it's full of crap, clean it out using the vfaq method.

Do you know what cylinder it is? Check the plugs and wires as well. I used to always have one spark plug that would turn itself loose on my car and cause my car to misfire.
