2G 4G63 Head Oil Galley Plug Torque

Hey guys, I removed the 1/8" BSPT plugs from the cylinder head before I sent it out to be cleaned. I purchased these replacement plugs from STM, http://www.streettunedmotorsports.com/parts/oem_4g63_bspt_plug.htm, but I can't seem to find any information online as to how tight these need to be. Does anyone know the torque specification for these? Also, is the red paste/sealant on these sufficient to keep oil from leaking?

1/8" BSPT they do not really have a "torque spec". That said parker fittings calls out for 2-3 T.F.F.T (turns from finger tight) for 1/8" BPST.
