What are the differences between the 1g 7bolts and the 2g 7bolts besides the intake exhaust and head.

A 1G 7-bolt uses the motor mounts, sensors, water pump, etc... of a 1G car. Where as a 2G uses the motor mounts, sensors, and water pump from it's generation. If your planning on trying to put a 1G 7-bolt into a 2G car, I would recommend just looking for a 6-bolt, because you will have to do the same thing to put a 1G 7-bolt as a 6-bolt into a 2G car...

The 1g 7-bolt also does not have the same problems with crank walk what the 2g setup does. If you're looking to get into the internals, it has about as many different components as the 6 bolt to 2g 7bolt.

What topics are you looking for specifically?

just i found a parts car (94 talon) for cheap and wondering how many parts i could use on my 2g

While the '94 is definitely the absolute best of ALL the years ever made ;) it's not going to have too many parts that are swappable with a 2g. The bolt-ons are your best bet - turbo and lines, intake manifold (2g exhaust is better).

If you want to get into the internals (I do not suggest), the crank cradle, cams, and the rods are a little bit heftier. The block is a better build in general (besides the actual pistons), but the mounts just don't match up easily, so you'd have to find the modified motor mount setup. I'm not even sure if anyone sells them for the 7-bolt anymore.
