4G37 1.8 NA engine value?

Just checking consensus but is a 1.8 engine worth anything? Im not one to just toss something in the scrap bin (like a running motor) but it seems like a 1.8L engine is a boat anchor. Anything worth while on these? I have a car that rusted out too bad on top of fuel pump issues.

Might be a good boat motor, or a good spare. Those 1.8’s run forever and are like, idiot proof. But other than that, probably not much monetary value there.

I’ve been “back” for around 3 years, during that time I’ve seen a total of 1 WTB ad looking for a 1.8 engine.
