ok i got a 1g n/t eclipse and my injectors tips are shot. I happen to have a set of stock 450cc injectors and i was wondering if i could use these or if i need to stick to the stock 240cc for the n/t

unless you have a way of tuning the 450's then stick to the OEM 240's man. 450's will be major over kill and the car prob. wont run at all.

Without anything more than what you've said to go on, the answer would have to be stick to the 240cc injectors. The N/T doesn't need more fuel unless you make some major changes to the engine.

To use the 450's you need injector resistors and something to retune the ECU. You should be able to have your injectors cleaned and the pintle caps replaced for less that what an SAFC would cost. If you got lucky and have one of the N/T EPROM ECUs you could also go the modify the ECU software route but the learning curve is sharp and the needed tools would still run you about $150 or so and in the end you would pretty much be still only using about the 240cc's worth of injector.
