3rd Brake Light

I'm getting a Turbo spoiler on my Eclipse and I want to try to stay legal. So I need a 3rd brake light. Problem is, I can't find them anywhere. But I can find them for the 90-94. Do the 90-94s hook into the harness on the 2Gs? Or can someone point me in the right direction of getting one for a 2G?

The harness is only 2 wire (+/-) so if the light fits, dont let the harness stop you.

Oh, so I can make my own light. Sweet. That helps a ton. It's a 12v source right?
